Supporting the expansion of early learning and childcare

This programme is focused on supporting the early learning and childcare sector and workforce to deliver high quality learning, resulting in better outcomes for young children prior to and across the early level of Curricuum for Excellence. This is during a period of expansion of entitlement for younger children and towards the introduction of 1,140 hours for all entitled children. It seeks to increase capacity for effective self-evaluation for improvement and develop understanding, and effective implementation, of high quality early learning pedagogy.
